Ben joined Nortek Global HVAC UK (Ambirad) in 2015 as a customer service advisor. His proactive engaging personality and suggestions for improvements soon led to him moving into the Key Accounts Coordinator position. The progression and transition into this particular role was extremely easy and very natural given his excellent customer service skills. Ben worked tirelessly to improve his product knowledge within the business along with gaining an understanding of what service levels our competitors offered to ensure we aimed to be seen as the best in our field of expertise.

His professional, friendly manner is well received by customers and they also enjoy the personal touch he provides to them. During the transition into the Key Account role Ben saw a number of improvements that could be made within our business to aid his role and increase customer satisfaction. As some of the order processes had not been reviewed for the Key Account role, Ben made a number of suggestions for enhancements and worked closely with the Customer Service Manager to engage key stakeholders, implement the changes and review the outputs to ensure it met the objectives produced whilst scoping out the mini projects. He has a natural ability to handle difficult and conflicting issues in a calm, professional & patient manner. Overall Ben is considered an integral part of the team and continuously goes the extra mile when dealing with customers by putting himself in their shoes.
